# Task Reminders

> Set personal reminders on any task and get a notification at exactly the time you choose.

Task Reminders lets you schedule one or more personal notifications on any task. You choose when you want to be reminded, whether that's in 5 minutes or 30 days, and Arca sends you a notification at that time. Reminders are personal; only you see the ones you set on a task.

<Note>Task Reminders is always on and cannot be disabled.</Note>

## Set a reminder

    Click any task to open it.

    Click the **⋯** menu in the task header.

  <Step title="Choose a reminder time">
    Hover over **Remind me** to see the available intervals. Click any option to activate it:

    | Option        | Time before reminder |
    | ------------- | -------------------- |
    | In 5 minutes  | 5 minutes from now   |
    | In 15 minutes | 15 minutes from now  |
    | In 30 minutes | 30 minutes from now  |
    | In 1 hour     | 1 hour from now      |
    | In 2 hours    | 2 hours from now     |
    | In 3 hours    | 3 hours from now     |
    | Tomorrow      | 24 hours from now    |
    | In 7 days     | 7 days from now      |
    | In 30 days    | 30 days from now     |

    A checkmark appears next to any active reminder.

## Set multiple reminders

You can activate more than one interval at the same time. For example, you can set both an "In 1 hour" and a "Tomorrow" reminder on the same task. Each one fires independently at the scheduled time.

## Remove a reminder

Open the **⋯** menu on the task, hover over **Remind me**, and click any checked interval to deactivate it. The checkmark disappears and the reminder is cancelled.

## How reminders are delivered

When a reminder fires, you receive a notification in your **Inbox**. If you have desktop notifications enabled, a desktop alert appears at the same time. Same goes for mobile push notifications.
