Points are a built-in way to recognize and track contribution across your workspace. Every time an assigned task moves to a completed status, the assignees earn points automatically.
How points are earned

| Complete a task on time or after its due date | 1 point |
| Complete a subtask | 0.2 points |
Points are only awarded to assignees. Unassigned tasks do not generate points when completed. If a task has multiple assignees, each one receives the full points.
Early completion bonus
If a task has a due date set, completing it more than one hour before the deadline earns a 3-point bonus instead of the standard 1 point. This rewards working ahead of schedule and encourages realistic planning.
Where to see points
Your own points appear on your profile. Click any workspace member’s avatar or name to open their profile and see their total points.
Team leaderboard: the Insights page (accessible from the sidebar) shows a Top Performers chart ranking all workspace members by their total points. Use this during planning sessions or retrospectives to recognize high contributors.
Points accumulate over the lifetime of the workspace. Encourage your team to assign tasks before marking them complete so everyone’s contribution is captured.
