Check the workspaces you want to include in the export. Only workspaces where you are the owner or admin appear in this list.
What the export includes
The CSV contains all tasks from the selected workspaces, with these columns: task ID, title, description, workspace, folder, list, status, priority, assignees, labels, due date, start date, created date, updated date, and task dependency relationships (related to, blocking, blocked by, and subtask of).When to export
- Regular backups: keep a periodic snapshot of your tasks
- Reporting: pull task data into a spreadsheet for custom analysis or stakeholder reports
- Migration: move your tasks to another tool or archive a completed project
- Before deleting: always export before deleting a workspace
