Who’s Online shows a real-time green presence indicator on member avatars throughout Arca. When a teammate is active in the workspace, their avatar shows a green dot. This makes it easy to know who is available before you assign a task, @mention someone in a comment, or start a conversation.
Who’s Online is always on and cannot be disabled.

Where you see online status

Presence indicators appear in several places across the workspace:
  • Task assignee picker: see who is online when assigning a task or creating a new one.
  • Settings → Members: the full member list shows a green dot next to anyone who is currently active.
  • Timeline view: member avatars in the assignee column show live presence.
