Insights is a dedicated page of workspace analytics. Click Insights in the sidebar to open it. All charts are built automatically from your workspace tasks, no configuration required. The page header shows your workspace name, total task count, and overall completion rate at a glance.

Completion breakdown

A set of progress bars showing how tasks are distributed across the four status categories: Pending, In Progress, Completed, and Cancelled. Each bar shows both the count and the percentage of total tasks.

Task velocity

An area chart covering the last 8 weeks with two lines: tasks created and tasks completed each week. Use it to spot whether your team is keeping up with incoming work or falling behind.

Tasks by list

A bar list ranking every list in your workspace by how many tasks it contains. Useful for seeing where work is concentrated.

Tasks by assignee

A bar list of active (not yet completed) tasks grouped by member. Use it to identify workload imbalances, members with a much longer bar may be over-assigned.

Top performers

A leaderboard bar list ranking members by their accumulated points. Points are awarded when tasks are completed on time or early. See the Points page for how the scoring works.

Top task types

A bar list of labels sorted by how many tasks carry each label. This shows which categories of work are most common in your workspace.
