Dashboards give you a bird’s-eye view of your workspace. Instead of digging through individual lists to understand how work is going, a dashboard surfaces the answers immediately, as charts you can read in seconds.

Create a dashboard

1

Open Dashboards

Click Dashboards in the sidebar.
2

Create a new dashboard

Click New dashboard and give it a name.
3

Add charts

Click Add chart and choose what you want to track.

What charts can show

  • Tasks completed vs. remaining
  • Tasks grouped by status or priority
  • Workload by assignee (who has the most tasks open?)
  • Tasks created over time (is work growing faster than it’s being completed?)

Useful dashboard setups

  • Sprint health: completed vs. remaining tasks for the current sprint
  • Team workload: task counts by assignee to spot imbalances before they cause problems
  • Project status: tasks by status for a specific list, updated in real time
Dashboards are workspace-specific. Share the same dashboard with your whole team so everyone has the same view of progress when planning or reviewing.
