Billing is managed per workspace. Only the workspace owner can access the Billing page. Admins and other roles see an “Access Restricted” message.

View your current plan

Go to Settings > Billing to see your current plan card, which shows:
  • Your plan name (Free, Starter, or Business)
  • Number of seats in your workspace
  • Total cost based on seat count and billing interval (monthly or yearly)

Upgrade or change plans

Click See other plans (Free plan) or Compare all plans (paid plan) to open the plan comparison. When you choose a new plan, a secure Stripe checkout opens in your browser to complete the purchase.

Manage an active subscription

If you are on a paid plan, a Manage subscription button appears on the plan card. Clicking it opens the Stripe billing portal in your browser, where you can change your plan, update payment details, or cancel your subscription. If a cancellation is already scheduled, the button changes to Resume subscription so you can reverse it before the period ends.

Invoices

Your recent invoices appear at the bottom of the Billing page, showing the invoice number, date, amount, and payment status. Click Download PDF on any invoice to save it for accounting or expense reports.
